The European Union can find billions to fund migration policies, but when ordinary citizens order a few cheap items from China, suddenly every euro counts!
First, you pay for the product. Then comes the customs duty. Then the handling fee. Then VAT on top of it all!
Because apparently, taxing your money when you earn it isn’t enough. They need another bite when you spend it, another when your parcel crosses the border, and yet another just for processing it!
At this rate, we’re only one regulation away from a tax on opening your parcel and a surcharge for being happy with your purchase.
And where does all this extra money actually go?
Perhaps Brussels could explain that before inventing another fee.
And here’s what I’d really love to know:
How much longer can these bloodsucking politicians, living in luxury while ordinary people suffer, keep pushing humanity to its limits? Wars, corruption, exploitation, endless taxes, injustice and suffering — when will people finally rise up and say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH?
Those in power seem to have forgotten one thing: They are supposed to serve the people, not own them!
