In 2015 and 2016, at the peak of the migration crisis, more than 2.3 million irregular or illegal migrant crossings into Europe were detected and that may be a grossly underestimated figure as the EU are consistently massaging the figures. The EU is not covering up a smaller migration scandal – it’s hiding a massive one: 3.9 to 4.8 million unauthorized people arrived in Europe in the last few years, not a few hundred thousand as their lying figures claim. That requires massive figures manipulation and massaging otherwise known as lying. The official statistics deliberately mislead by either inflating (double counting) or undercounting (undocumented population) depending on the political purpose at any given time for any given reason.
The EU is deliberate lying to cover up a huge scandal. They manipulate data in BOTH directions:
- To INFLATE numbers when they want to show a crisis:
- Double count migrants (Frontex admitted it)
- Count each border crossing as a new person.
- Make it appear like 710,000 entered EU when many crossed multiple times.
- To UNDERSTATE numbers when they want to hide the scale:
- Undercount unauthorized population (3.9 to 4.8 million not 281,000)
- Underreport deaths (shipwrecks uncounted)
- Undercount in member states (Bulgaria, Latvia, Romania)
- Don’t count all voluntary returns.
Out of the 449.3 million EU inhabitants in 2024, 28.9 million were non-EU citizens. There are countries outside the EU, such as Switzerland, Australia and Iceland, that have a much larger proportion of foreign-born residents.
The Political Reasons for Lying
The countries that saw the largest relative increases of first-time applicants in 2024 compared to the previous year were Poland (87.1%) and Ireland (39.4%). EU member states are bitterly divided over migration depending on any specific states agenda at any given time. Different EU and state actors use data to promote their own agendas. When they want to show “crisis” to justify policies, they INFLATE the numbers by double counting. When they want to hide the scale of unauthorized population infiltration, they UNDERSTATE the true numbers by undercounting. Of course the EU itself is up to its neck in migration figure manipulation. They are all playing games to hide a huge scandal caused by the EUs insane open borders migration policies and nobody is telling the truth to protect their hidden agenda.
